KPE fabricated the entire structural steel package (approximately 2700 tonne) for Hisense Arena, which is now known as Melbourne Arena.

Works included:
Supply of cranes and labour to erect the completed structural package.
Full assembly of the the retractable roof sections on the old Scott’s oval beside the stadium.

The lifting of the roof section into place won the lift of the year in 2001.
